Welcome to my professional ePortfolio. This website highlights my journey from collegiate athletics to gaining hands-on experience across professional sports, athletic administration, and event operations.
Throughout my career, I have developed experience in fan services, athletic operations, event management, facility operations, and customer engagement. Every opportunity has strengthened my leadership, communication, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
As I pursue my Master’s degree at the University of South Carolina, my goal is to continue building a career in professional sports while creating memorable experiences for athletes, fans, and organizations.

Key Insight 1: Leadership is Built Through Service
One of the biggest lessons I learned is that effective leadership begins with serving others. During my internships, I supported coaches, athletes, staff, and fans by completing tasks that contributed to the success of each organization. Whether I was organizing equipment, assisting with athletic department operations, or helping fans at professional sporting events, I learned that strong leaders lead by example, communicate effectively, and are always willing to help wherever they are needed.
This experience strengthened my confidence and reinforced that leadership is demonstrated through actions, reliability, and professionalism rather than job titles alone.

Key Insight 2: Teamwork Drives Success
Working in both collegiate and professional sports taught me that every successful event depends on teamwork. During my internships, I collaborated with coaches, operations staff, administrators, and fellow employees to ensure practices, games, and events ran efficiently. I realized that every role, no matter how large or small, contributes to the overall experience for athletes and fans.
These experiences improved my communication skills and taught me how to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while working toward a common goal.
Key Insight 3: Hands-On Experience Shapes Professional Growth
I learned it in the classroom, but my internships let me put those concepts into practice in the real world. I got hands on experience in areas such as equipment management, athletic administration, event operations and fan engagement that can't be taught in a lecture hall.
These experiences assistant my passions for sport and entertainment management and prepared me for a career in the sports field. It also helped me define my problem solving skills, my professionalism, and commitment to creating a positive experience for fans and athletes.
Leadership
Leadership is not defined by a title or position. It demonstrates by service, accountability, and the ability to help others around you. Throughout my college career as a student, my internships I have learned that the strongest leaders are those who would lead by example and consistently supports the success of the program. I was challenged in my previous experiences but communication, and solving difficult situations with a positive attitude made days feel less stressful. As I continue pursuing a masters degree in the sports field I am committed to building connections and experience who will create a positive change in the room I will be in. My goal is to help an organization operate smoothly while creating a great experience with others around me, coaches, athletes, and fan.
